Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk in Tuesday to Friday after 3 p.m., or any time Saturday and Sunday. Before 3 p.m. on weekdays we cut by appointment. To book, use the booking page or call (831) 555-0104.
How long is the wait?
Waits vary. The board by the door shows who is next, and the barber who greets you can tell you about how long.
How long does a cut take?
From 25 to 55 minutes, depending on the service. The menu shows the minutes for each one.
Do you cut every kind of hair?
We cut straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. Bring a photo and we will tell you what we can do with your hair.
How often should I come back?
A fade or taper stays sharp with a visit every two to three weeks. A scissor cut can go four to six. Your barber will tell you in the chair.
Can I ask for a barber?
Yes. When you book, choose your barber. If you walk in, tell whoever greets you and wait your turn.
What should I bring?
A photo of the cut you want. If you do not have one, we talk it over and your barber suggests something.
What if I am late or need to cancel?
Tell us at least 3 hours ahead to change or cancel. If you are late, we wait a few minutes; after that we take the next person.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes, from the first cut. A grown-up stays in the shop during the cut, and a first cut takes more time.
Who speaks Spanish?
All three of us. We speak Spanish in the chair, and English if you prefer.
